This policy covers www.kikels.ch, www.kikels.de, ungericht.ch and www.ungericht.com.br. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Hosting with Cloudflare
This website is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc., USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes the data needed to deliver it and to protect it from attacks: your IP address, the time, the page requested, your browser's identifier (user agent) and the page you came from. We don't analyse this data and we don't build visitor profiles.
Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum. Data may be transferred to the USA and other countries; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis under the GDPR: legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f); under the LGPD Art. 7 IX).
Visitor statistics
To see how many people visit, this website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare adds a small script to each page for this. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and doesn't follow you across other websites. It records the page, the page you came from, browser and operating system, the country derived from your IP address and how fast the page loaded. We only ever see totals, never individual visitors.
Legal basis under the GDPR: legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f); under the LGPD Art. 7 IX). If you block the script, for example with a content blocker, the site works just the same.
If you write to anton@kikels.ch, we use your address and your message to reply. We don't pass them on and we delete them once they are no longer needed.
Links to other services
Links to anton.kikels.ch, constanze.kikels.ch, metaphix.rocks, l3t.io, kiprecords.audio, LinkedIn and GitHub lead to other services. Once you follow a link, their privacy policies apply. All they learn is that you came from this website, not from which page.
Your rights
You can ask which data about you is processed and have it corrected or deleted. Write to anton@kikels.ch. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority of your country, and in Brazil to the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
Changes
If the website changes in a way that affects your data, this policy will be updated. The date at the top shows the current version.
